Changed your mind? 14-day cancellation right

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

1. Email hello@kettleandhob.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery, telling us you'd like to cancel.
2. We'll reply with the returns address. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
3. Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging where possible. We may reduce your refund if an item has been used or handled more than you would need to inspect it in a shop.
4. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost on the way back to us.
5. We'll refund the price of the item plus the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you giving us proof of postage, whichever is sooner), to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered:

• Email hello@kettleandhob.co.uk with your order number and photos of the problem. Please contact us as soon as you can, ideally within a few days of delivery.
• We'll offer a replacement or a full refund, including delivery. You won't need to pay any return costs, and in most cases we won't ask you to send the item back.
• Within 30 days of delivery you're entitled to a full refund for faulty goods. After 30 days we'll offer a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn't possible, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your statutory rights

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
