Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

• Standard UK delivery: FREE on all orders.
• Processing time: orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch for UK mainland addresses. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands may take a little longer.

Your order ships from a UK warehouse. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link.

Delays and missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at hello@kettleandhob.co.uk and we'll look into it straight away.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before your order is dispatched.
