What can I chop with it?
Onions, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, courgettes, mushrooms, peppers, hard-boiled eggs and soft cheese such as mozzarella. Very hard or large items are best halved first.

How do I clean it?
The chopper comes apart into the container, lid and blade inserts, and a cleaning tool and brush are included to push food out of the grids. The blades are very sharp, so handle them by the frame, never the edge.
